La Estrella de Galicia and albacore fillets in extra virgin olive oil
The original recipe
La Estrella de Galicia paired with canned foods. Crafted with Pilsen malt and roasted malt, together with the Czech Sladek hops. This beer is a look back at our past and our tribute to the first generation of the Rivera family.
It is the result of recovering the original recipe, the German Pils that was created in our original brewery more than 110 years ago.
Golden and refreshing, with the malt and hops forming an elegant and balanced whole. Aromas that evoke malt and white bread dough, fine fruity and herbal notes. And in the mouth, a harmonious sweet and bitter mix.
- Family: blue fish
- Origin: cantabrian sea
- Capture method: trolling
The long maturation period (more than 10 months) makes for outstanding texture and flavour; the albacore conserves its iodized flavour, blending the deliciously refreshing aromas of malt and hops and bringing out their full taste.
The carbonation and bitterness clear the fatty hints of the albacore which is offset to perfection by this refreshing beer.
These two products complement each other, creating a delightful aftertaste.
